Start recording another video after reaching a filesize limit

Whenever the filesize of video recording would reach a certain limit, let's say 4 GB, the app would start to record another video.

My video recording stopped when the file got to the size of about 4 GB, maybe because it was saved/stored in FAT32 filesystem.

Make sure not to drop a frame. This might need some special buffering.
