Affected app version
1.3.1
Affected Android/Custom ROM version
Android 13
Affected device model
moto g play (2023)
How did you install the app?
F-Droid / IzzyOnDroid
Steps to reproduce the bug
Open the camera app, that's all.
Expected behavior
I expect the camera to be able to focus at some point.
Actual behavior
It does not. It hasn't always been like this, maybe just since the last update to it? All I know is that now no matter what the lighting is or distance from something I want to take a photo of, and in spite of multiple lens cleanings, it remains slightly blurry. I grabbed a different camera app yesterday, and that one has no issues focusing. My mom also has Fossify Camera on her phone, and hers is blurry as well.

Please answer the following questions:
- Does this happen in both video and photo modes?
- What resolution were you capturing in?
- Have you tried focusing manually by tapping on the area of interest?
- How far was the object?
It looks like for video it's SD that's blurry, and for photos it's the option that isn't 4:3 or 1:1. Focusing manually does nothing except with items that are <5 inches away, at which point it does become able to focus on an object. Anything further away, in SD or that rectangle with the arrows, remains blurry enough to be annoying.
Do those specific resolutions work properly in the other camera app you had tried earlier?
Sorry for the delay; the other app doesn't have them labeled as the same things, and all photo modes seem totally fine, while the lowest quality video option (VGA) has the slight blurriness.
