Steps to reproduce the bug

1.Click On The Photos Icon 2.Remove All Photos On Your Device 3.Return To The App Without Close It 4.See The Toast

Expected behavior

I Expected That When I Remove All Photos It Will Show A Dark Photo In Gallary Icon And The Toast Don't Show

Actual behavior

But The Toast Error Its Showing And The Latest Photo In My Device Is Still Showing
