Implement pull-to-refresh for weekly view

Feature description

When enabling "pull-to-refresh from the top", one can only do this when in montly view. Implement it as well for when in weekly view.

Why do you want this feature?

My default view is weekly. It's therefore a bit annoying to first have to switch to monthly view before being able to refresh by pulling from the top.
