Short midnight events (23:59) are too small to read

Steps to reproduce the bug
- Create new event
- start time 23:58
- end time 23:59 the same day
Expected behavior
The event will be create and it will be shown at the end of the day with full height like it happens when the even is at 0:01.
Actual behavior
The created event is only partially rendered and sometimes it is not visible at all.

I am experiencing weird problem that events that are close to midnight (23:59 is the most notable) are rendered as small line. In comparison the events that are at 0:01 are normal size.
I am subscribed to ics that generates events that start and end at 23:59 and are important to me. I would like to notice them in the weekly view. It is partially fault of the ics source (whole-day event would make more sense), but I think this relates to this app rendering as well.
On the attached image you can see that morning (0:01) event is shown fully but 23:55 or 23:59 are miniature and unreadable. Sometimes they are even smaller but I haven't found cause for that.
