Medigun healing particle sometimes attaches to 0 0 0

To elaborate: Whenever you heal someone for the first time, the healing beam attaches to them just fine, however if you switch to a different healing target, your beam will either stay attached to your previous target, or straight up attach itself to the 0 0 0 point of the map.
