Several viewmodel issues

When viewmodel branch #110 lands, there are several bugs that have yet to be fixed:

• As soldier, some weapon anims shows a rocket in screen, which rocket was used for reloading Rocket Launcher.
• Scoping with Sniper Rifle or using Bonk drink can cause viewmodel to be invisible
• Invisible viewmodel when spectating someone else in firstperson
• Switching class while alive can have multi-class weapon bugged (e.g. Grappling Hook)
• Inspecting a weapon bugs out animations
• ~~Disguise Kit bugs out animations~~
• Weapon reskins with stattrack module or unusual effect is not shown
• Holding Crit-A-Cola while in Blu team shows Red arms

Some of these issues might not be possible to fix, and may need a TF2 update for a fix.
