Port lib to RPI Pico

Would it be possible to port this lib to work with RPI Pico? That would be awesome. Would be cool if it could be used by the wiz-io baremetal env for platformio

No need to port this lib, you can use it OoB using the Pico's serial port (using the Arduino IDE)
