Append to Log File Feature Request

It would be cool to keep a running log somewhere on disk of the transfers that were done. The source IP, protocol, data size, type, etc. That way the user can reference it after the terminal has been closed.

I just added in logging of the public IP that data is received from for SMTP and HTTP(s) transfers. Other datatypes might take a little bit longer. I'll have to check them out soon.
