+1 An icon for OpenStreetMap would be useful, as contributors are considered a social network and an fa-openstreetmap (fa-osm) icon may be used to indicate "memberships" like any other network like Flickr, Twitter. The official OSM logo below, but the above posted by brainscript is a preferred option. 256px-public-images-osm_logo svg

The design from @brainscript makes more sense for a vector icon. I would only suggest a small simplification. osm-icon

+1, remember that the brand is "OpenStreetMap", all togheter. So I think that "fa-openstreetmap" is more logical that "fa-open-street-map"

The Vimeo avatar version would do great as a font icon as @brainscript suggested https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/File:Openstreetmapus_300x300.jpg There are so many brands in the set. I don't understand why this one has been disregarded since 2014!
