再上传文章包含图片的时候,能否先检测服务器上是否存在该图片,如果没有的话就上传新的图片,老的图片不会重复上传? 设想方法,将上传的图片全部存在一个文件夹里面,类似obisidian的媒体库,这样在检索是否存在图片的时候就不用一个一个去找了
