Improve user experience in the Moodle app

Currently, Formulas offers basic support for the Moodle app.

It would make sense to add the necessary scripts to perform on-the-fly validation of student input. Due to the screens being typically smaller than on the computer, it is probably better not to include MathJax preview, but tests will show that.
