Simplify shuffling answer options in multiple choice

Currently, it is possible but somewhat tedious to shuffle the answer options in a multiple choice Formulas question.

In addition to MC and MCE, we could add MCR and MCER which would automatically shuffle the answer options. That would be a nice improvement IMHO.
