Functional tests broken in Firefox 43

The most recent stable version of Firefox includes a signature checking change that breaks Selenium/webdriver. According to a Selenium dev, there's a good chance that Firefox won't function correctly until the release of ~v46, at which point Mozilla's new driver Marionette should be ready (see https://github.com/SeleniumHQ/selenium/issues/1395).
