Octo4a won't allow Octolapse install

I've used Octolapse in the past on a Windows system but I'm switching it to an Android tablet, Tab S7+ to be exact. Everything went well until my attempt to install Octolapse. I've tried installing the extra plugins in the setting and everything else I've googled with no success. Any help would be appreciated.

simply install using this link: https://github.com/a-c-m/Octolapse/archive/refs/heads/master.zip

You could also install from the devel branch here. I am planning on getting this pushed to main this weekend.
