REQUEST: Auto detection of Slic3r profile requires "Deretraction speed" but stock Slic3r (v1.3.0) does not have this parameter. Consider that Deretraction Speed should be the same as the Retraction Speed, if the parameter is not available or not specified.

I'm embarrassed to say I've only actually used the Pussa fork, but I will try to get this in! I'm adding support for a couple slicers and some newer versions of some that are currently supported, so expect this in the next major release, and thanks for the recommendation!
