Displaced layer and increased CPU consumption

I have tried the arc welder with the original configuration in two pieces and in both the same thing happened to me, the piece is perfect except in a layer that comes out approximately 0.5mm, the same piece but without welder comes out perfect, another curious thing It is not at the same height since in one piece he did when he had 1/4 made and in the other approximally 3/4. I have also noticed that using the welder my CPU does not go from 12% but when I do not use it, it does not fall from 85%. I don't know if it will be relevant but it is a Ender 3 v2.
