Unexpected Result from ArcWelder

I recently tried printing the following item: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4414226/files

Specifically the FF_BigWheel ended up being printed as a single wall under ArcWelder versus just taking the file from Cura. There's a chance I am an idiot and did a dumb but I've used ArcWelder with no issues for dozens of prints without having any issues like this.
