[Minor Bug] Patreon Icon

It's very minor - if you want you can ignore it.

In both Arc Welder and Octolapse i've noticed the patreon icon not showing, since you're using "fa fa-patreon" instead of "fab fa-patreon" - this icon does not exist in version 4 of Font Awesome.

You may also want to update the other icons to version 5 of Font Awesome as well.
