Wrong arc

I'm consufed about the arc plugin work, i'm trying to understand why i got different result if i touch the min/max arc value:

I set the arc for min(default) and max(100) and i got

So i suppose that over 1mm(??) is not a good idea create arcs and set the max @1mm and i got:

Am I missing something? Am I miss how the arc's fuction work?

min/max arc value

I'm confused as to what setting you actually changed. Can you take a pic of the settings for both of your tests?
