I have made it that each Instance has its own login info

The lastlogin file is made in the Instance root folder. This is good for people that have multiple MC Accounts(Family , Server Testing ,Etc) .

I couldn't make a gtk version of the ImportLoginInfoForm but it works fine using winForms and the icon i found at http://www.iconarchive.com/show/pretty-office-6-icons-by-custom-icon-design/import-export-icon.html
