packaging for Arch Linux

Fork Awesome has an Arch User Repository ( AUR ) that was submitted by https://github.com/xuv.

I think we could take up maintenance of an 'official' package for Arch Linux from here ( the upstream repository ). But if that does not work, we could take up maintenance of the PKGBUILD script for AUR here.

This follows #346 and is a long-term goal that we could potentially achieve after we automating our release process.
