Auto-publish to different package registries

Currently, fork-awesome is packaged for nodeJS and PHP. There has been a long-standing request for a LaTeX package as well. In order to get to a reliable release process, we need to automate publishing of our font package to the different registries in automation along with the release.

Package registries that we currently, officially, support :

• [ ] NPM
• [ ] Packagist

Solutions such as https://github.com/semantic-release and https://github.com/release-it can work with GitHub Actions to publish to NPM, at least. I am not sure about whether they support Packagist though.
