Quest Source coming off as blank after adding quest

Essentially, the title. Any time I try creating a new quest, I am able during this process of adding a quest source from the journal, pulling the journal entry's picture and everything. Yet, for some reason, when I actually create the quest and it's added to the quest log, the quest source comes off as blank. I'm running the mod using the Pathfinder 2e system, version 2.1.1 6052. The mod version is the one current available. Foundry version is also .0.8.6

I have the same issue with DD5e 1.3.3 and Foundry 0.8.6

I am also using the FR - Traduction du core for the french translation, I don't know if it can impact somehow the module
