Update Reliquary of Myth

The version of Reliquary of Myth being used by LS currently is 3.3.0, while the current version is 3.6.1 with significant improvements in the changelog (this also includes updates to the patches currently part of merged plugins for LS).

There is also a compatibility patch for RoM in the Legacy of the Dragonborn Patches (Official) that came out in the past couple of iterations, which is not being used currently.
