Clear change in the water type next to the sawmill in Morthal

LS Version v2.5.1

Describe the bug As can be seen in the screenshots, the type of water near the sawmill and the bridge and the type going to the rest of the village is distinctly different. There are two clear sharp angles where it changes.

To Reproduce Go to the sawmill in Morthal and stand by the water.

Expected behavior The water should be consistent across the board and shouldn't resemble a giant rectangle.

Additional context I turned the ENB off to check to see if that was somehow the cause, and the problem was not resolved, so that's not the case.
