Unable to Learn Enchants

LS Version 2.2.1

Describe the bug It appears that purchasing an enchant from an enchanting vendor leaves you unable to learn that enchant for the rest of the playthrough.

To Reproduce

1. Get an enchant from one of the enchanting vendors
2. Attempt to disenchant the item to learn its enchantment.

Expected behavior I expected to be able to learn an enchant I didn't know.

Additional context The exact message I get is 'You already know this enchant', but I am unable to enchant anything with the enchant in question.

I did the exact same process he's described and can completely reproduce this result, so it does seem like it's a bug, possibly from the game temporarily giving you the enchantment to utilise the spell for the npc, and then not fully removing it from you afterwards, leaving you in a sort of limbo of "knowing" the enchantment, but not actually being able to use it

As a final piece:

I was able to finally get the enchant by acquiring gear 'in the wild'.

If this is intended behavior, you can close the issue.
