Very bright and harsh eye reflections

Describe the bug Eyes have very bright, harsh reflections, with or without ENB, is the same on all non-beast PC eyes, varies between NPCs.

Expected behavior Softer reflections that don't stand out so much

This looks like a combination of the lighting nearby and your ENB, unsure if I can fix. I'll investigate though.

I haven't had this on my install before. Its likely an enb thats being used as I haven't seen these reflections on any of the eye types.
