Thaumcraft adds Copper, Tin, Silver, and Lead Nuggets, but not Ingots. Causes various issues

Binnie's mods adds bees for various metal resources when there are no Ingots, but there are Nuggets causing various issues

reported to Thaumcraft, but Azanor said he can't do anything about it w/o breaking peoples saves

What are these "various issues"?

It was just that with just those mods, There were bees for those resources, but they would produce nothing. Nothing too big though with Binnies, b/c you don't need the resources to mutate the bees. Probably an extreme edge case, but I thought I'd report it.
