[1.12] Elastic Bees have no recipe with TR

As the title says, with Tech Reborn installed, which adds its own Rubber, the Elastic Bee has no recipe.

Is there any update on this issue or workaround? I tried to add a custom mutation per Gendustry, but it doesn't seem to work.
