Where is the documentation for setting up with Rails?

I've used forest admin quite often in the past, but setup/documentation seems incorrect. When I setup a new project there is nowhere to link to an existing application, it only asks for a database URL which is not the way we want to setup our application. I have scoured the documentation for setting up an existing rails project and it does not seem to exist.

The documentation says:

But there is nowhere to:

... provide the URL of your application that runs locally. When you follow the steps and integrate the gems, you should automatically be redirected to your admin panel!

It only asks for your DB credentials
