Feature Request: Public upload

Would be cool to have a config option, to let everybody who knows the url upload files. Maybe with a maximum file size.

So the admin can upload unlimited files and delete files and everybody else can uplaod files up to x MB.

Thank you, I will keep it in mind. I was actually considering a feature similar to Dropbox Request as well, however as it is a substantial change, it will have a low priority for me at the moment.

Adding my support for this. I was thinking something like leveraging the existing URL generator and password-protected access to create a link you send to someone who can use it to upload a file.
