So I got it to work with the bedrock server, and used a script that I modified from another github. I will post here later.
Ok here it is attached, it was taken from https://github.com/cubeworx/mcbe-server, and slightly modified. Personally I ran it outside of the container, as I have /data linked to a local directory...
