如何测试电源模块是否正常？

（项目应用在up主的小电视中）目前没有接电池，VBUS上电5V后vcc无输出电压，按了PWR，指示灯也没有反应。想问问需要如何检测电源模块的输出以及设置呢？淘宝买的原装出场，自己手工smt

指示灯USB充电时才会亮，BAT上电3.7V，PWRON接地一下放开，DCDC1就会输出3.3V了
