Plan to drop `PredefinedTexFormulas.xml`

After some additional thoughts on #65, I think we'll need to replace PredefinedTexFormulas.xml with code.

This file in its current state adds no value to the library: it isn't a user-defined file, but essentially just our code with method calls written in XML.

We should drop it (replace with commands) after #157.
