Option to disable previewer

It would be nice if there is an option to disable previewer completely but still have all other features of the plugin.

At least the commands that add Avalonia related items to the solution.

Alright, yeah, now I get it. Thanks for explanation.

For now, you can just add these files to your settings (import them as separate setting layers; that's what the plugin does).

I'll consider adding a setting to fully disable the previewer.
