Full-width romaji entries not showing up for half-width romaji

For technical reasons, JMdict's format only allows for full-width romaji in the kanji field. Ideally these glosses would appear even when mousing over words consisting of or containing single-width romaji.

e.g. on this Japanese page yomichan won't show JMdict's 国際ｅパケット entry when mousing over the text "国際eパケット"

There is a similar issue with ASCII numerals and full-width unicode numerals, and Yomichan already has an option to resolve that case. Sounds like this would just need to be extended to support Latin alphabet characters.
