Potential headword furigana issue due to new JMdict change

ie so instead of having a reading of りゅうのひげ for 竜の髭, and りゅうのヒゲ for 竜のヒゲ, both of those kanji forms are just getting a reading of りゅうのひげ...

This will have an affect on the yomichan headword furigana

For example, the 竜のヒゲ headword will show in yomichan as

竜りゅうのヒゲひげ

instead of

竜りゅうのヒゲ

[toasted-nutbread]

I suppose the real question here is whether or not furigana should be shown for kana-only diffs. Currently it does, but it could be disabled. Not sure if there's a benefit one way or the other.
