Can't install plugin

I'm trying to install and I'm getting this error

One or more errors occurred:

2055492159: Please check your internet connection. HTTPSConnectionPool(host='ankiweb.net', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /shared/download/2055492159?v=2.1&p=49 (Caused by SSLError(SSLError(1, '[SSL: WRONG_VERSION_NUMBER] wrong version number (_ssl.c:1124)')))

I have the latest version of anki 2.1, so what could be causing this?

Note: Firewall isn't blocking it and i have no 3rd party anti-virus that could be blocking it.
