URL connectivity issues cause upload problems, no resume, no restart, just stops folding

As noted in the above forum post, when the URL http://folding.stanford.edu/nacl/ has connectivity issues, the NACL client fails while uploading a completed WU. And fails to queue up a completed WU for upload at a later time. And fails to resume sending a completed WU when connection is restored. Even if queuing is not possible, the client should at least resume, and download a new WU and continue folding at some later time.

As a central design principle of all folding clients, the default mode is to always continue folding when possible. Thanks.
