windows一般有2个问题可能导致无法提权： 1. 用的是无密码的 Administrator 账户 2. 环境变量中没有 powershell.exe
下个版本调整一下这个提示逻辑，可以留意一下

有没有换过安装包里clash-win64.exe的文件
