[FR] 增加 Global 和 Rule 的图标

功能描述

目前想仅从任务栏知道 CFW 的代理模式是无法实现的，只能知道是否开启了 System Proxy，建议增加 Global 和 Rule 的图标，这样就不用看一下通知栏图标，再打开 CFW 窗口看具体模式了。
