[Feature Request]: 自己的订阅无法上网

功能描述

自己配置的v2ray的服务器，采用vmess协议，做了一个订阅转换，手机上无论是v2ray还是clash可以正常使用，电脑上，这个订阅转换就是无法使用，不能浏览google，gmail，但是tg却是可以更新。但是在电脑上其他的机场的订阅用的好的很，只有这个转换的订阅是无法使用的。更换转换网站和转换后台，均不管用。开启关闭IPv6均不管用。降级clash版本，均不管用。flush DNS，均不管用。重置电脑网络，均不管用。重置win10防火墙，均不管用。转换订阅到最新格式，均不管用。最关键是不管怎么转换，手机上都能用，只有电脑不能用。在电脑上，其他买的付费机场也都能用。（只设置了系统代理， 未勾选TUN，未设置MIXIN，未TAP，未system service。clash core 版本 57991。记得以前电脑上用过v2ray，好像和clash有过冲突，不知道是不是遗留问题？）各位大神，请帮忙，谢谢了！

试试低版本吧，最新版本我两个机场直接全timeout，用了低版本有一个能正常用了

最新测试，同一台机器上的EDGE浏览器可以很顺利的上google，那就完全的确定了问题的所在，就是chrome浏览器的问题了。但是chrome的设置从来没有动过，不知道什么位置有问题。难道是cookie?因为平时CSDN和zhihu要总清除cookies才能访问（其他网站正常），否则总是和断网一样。

已经确认是chrome浏览器的cookies问题，删除了google相关的cookies，竟然可以用了....然后一旦用了别的订阅，再回来自己的订阅，就又不能用了，但是别的购买的订阅随意切换都是可以使用的，而且我还把别的订阅的配置文件的前面DNS等等都复制了过来，但还是不行，真不知道哪里出了问题。

当我用0.19.12版本使用之前的一个配置文件的时候，提示错误，无论是更新订阅，还是订阅转换均提示错误，提示是这样的 随即我马上安装0.19.11，结果可以正常使用

确实，很容易timeout，我以前用着都没事的

用的机场全部timeout，旧版本没事，只能用回旧版本了

这个问题还没解决吗？ 我的节点 vm 和vl 全部timeout 但换个v2n就完全能用 这个问题出现在 安装完某次系统补丁之后 一开始是运行cfw微软自带杀毒会提示扫描 而且cfw会提示节点连不上 后来在防护墙里排除扫描 能连上 但还是不通 今天用最新版本又试了 运行时看日志 似乎是windows把cfw转发出去的流量都拦截了 感觉是cfw和Windows防火墙冲突了 像是cfw转发的最后一步发送出去没完成 但怎么解决不知道 感觉是Windows安全中心的锅

我用回了老版本，把电脑上的各种代理都卸载了，尤其是先前的rutracker的插件，卸载了就完全好了
