Provide up to date Android builds

It looks like as if many bugs already got fixed since 1.0 (which is up to now the latest version in the Google Play store), see https://github.com/Fmstrat/ownnote/issues/161#issuecomment-150037365. Could you please provide an new apk version, if needed also as a testing version for those who already payed for it?

I support this idea!! For me, it is a pain to work offline and have to deal with the 1.0 problem not working offline in all circumstances.

It's March 1, 2017 and Google Play Store still only has version 1.0. Can the dev please either u[date the app on Google Play or just release the APK?
