This is because loffice-365 is built with https://github.com/nativefier/nativefier, which creates an app with a bundled version of the chromium browser. This warning is shown if the bundled version is over 90 days old because using outdated versions can be insecure. (The last prebuilt release was in april) To fix this, either @Fmstrat would have to publish an update to the app created with the latest version of nativefier or you could compile it yourself which would create a fresh app using the latest version of nativefier/chromium.
