How to set the selected star’s border color

Hi, sorry for the late response. What do you mean by "selected star" ?

I can expand on what I believe this is about as I have a similar issue, we would like to have a border colour for "active" star and a different colour for an "inactive" star. For a 4 out of 5 star rating the 4 stars would have a blue border with the same fill colour, while the one remaining star has a grey border and a white background as seen below.

It's certainly a nice to have if its an easy change.
