add support for skewed rectangles

It would be great if we could read in a skewed (transformed) rectangle from inkscape, generate axes, and have inkscape apply the transformation to the matplotlib output so that you could get pseudo 3D effects. This would be handy for illustrating a slice from an image stack, for example.
