Ryzenadj or controller stops working

I've intalled and tested both ryzen controller and adj, they work for about 30 seconds and after that my perfomance goes back like before I used ryzen apps, and sometimes it gets worse. I've tried to apply again the configs but nothing happens, it just work if I ramp up the temp limit, but then again it only do for about 30 seconds. I tried with Ryzen test and QuickCPU to lock the clocks but it doesn't work
