No connection could be made to the target machine

Hi!

I'm having an issue where the the logs state that "No connection could be made to the target machine" and my presence doesn't update. This happens for both normal & custom statuses. I've attached a screenshot for reference.

Sorry for the very late response, please check that you have Discord activity status enabled in your Discord settings under Activity Settings > Activity Privacy.
