Error tagging new release

The tag name "0.3.8" is not of the appropriate SemVer form (vX.Y.Z). cc: @MikeInnes

@MikeInnes could you please delete the malformed "0.3.8" and "0.3.3" tags that don't have the leading v ?

They sort out of order and are misleading when looking at which tags contain commits here.
